Expanding mobile ad performance analysis on the Perpetua app
Perpetua is a self-serve B2B software built to optimize advertising performance for online marketplaces like Amazon. Using Perpetua's goal-driven approach, customers can launch and manage campaigns with ease. However, our mobile experience lacked comprehensive reporting views limiting users' ability to gauge performance and make informed decisions on the go.
The previous mobile experience lacked navigational clarity and key performance reporting views
Users lacked access to critical reporting, including variant-level product data, search terms, and key campaign insights within nested goal views.
To begin design exploration, I partnered with my fellow designer Jake to map out directions during a whiteboarding exercise.
Refining navigation patterns for complex data groups & deep nesting
My work involved introducing an improved navigational pattern for data nesting within Perpetua goals as well as incorporating variant-level product reporting and search term reporting which previously was only supported on desktop. From a design perspective, this involved creating net-new components such as mobile breadcrumbs, tabs, and product summary screens.

Delivering comprehensive mobile reporting that drives engagement
Perpetua users can now access detailed performance insights from anywhere. Business owners no longer need to be tethered to their desktop to make informed decisions about their advertising.
Development began in May 2023, starting with products reporting and progressing to goal deep-dive improvements. Since implementation, there was a notable increase in app usage and downloads, with expectations for greater impact once our marketing team actively promotes these features.
